We are seeking a professional Inside Sales Representative to join our team, based in Middleton, MA. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for qualifying, contacting, and managing new sales leads. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a growing company!
Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Provide pipeline reports to management
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Qualifications:
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls daily
- Able to use productivity and web presentation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
