European Home is pleased to offer Sustainable Hearth™. Developed internally at European Home, the impetus for Sustainable Hearth™ was to respond to the building industry’s demands for electric fireplaces with a strong aesthetic appeal yet leaning into affordability.

European Home is well known as an importer and distributor of high-end fireplaces from Europe, however we are also developers. Similar to our vent-free gas line, Sustainable Hearth™ is designed and developed by European Home. We leveraged our expertise and customer feedback to invest in these electric fireplaces, which resonate strongly with those seeking high-quality, thoughtfully crafted products.

The phrase “Less is More” truly applies to Sustainable Hearth™ as we have chosen the important features for a quality product while cutting down on the more showier options. Having fewer bells and whistles means we can offer a product with simplified maintenance thus needing less support.

FLAMES THAT COUNT
Sustainable Hearth™ offers a higher-quality flame effect than typical mid-range models, bringing a new level of realism to the electric fireplace experience. This approach allows customers to enjoy realistic flames at a lower price point. The flame can be adjusted for flame height as well as flame speed so you can achieve the look you want. These models also come with flame color options at the touch of a button.

FEEL THE HEAT
These fireplaces, equipped with a standard 1,500W heater (providing 5,115 BTU/hr), deliver both aesthetic and functional warmth. Ideal for commercial settings where additional heat is not desirable, Sustainable Hearth™ models provide flexibility with flames that operate independently from the heater, similar to other European Home electric fireplaces. This on-demand heating option allows commercial and warmer climate installations to create a visually stunning atmosphere without adding warmth, making these fireplaces perfect for year-round use in a variety of settings.

SIMPLICITY AND SAFETY
Sustainable Hearth™ models can be hard-wired into your home or business’s electrical system or simply plugged into a standard 120v outlet making installation a breeze. On top of that, all models are UL listed for the U.S. and Canada because safety is always the first box we check.
